You will live inside daily camp operations. Lead activities. Solve real problems. Support directors. Learn what actually makes camps successful.

Director-Level Mentorship

Work directly with Erec Hillis, Jack Schott, and Justin Pritikin. Receive feedback, responsibility, and high-level mentorship throughout the program.
